Plead Guilty or No Contest and Pay the Fine

If you cannot afford to pay for your citation, contact the Court Clerk to request an alternative means of taking care of it. Payment plans and community service are available for persons who qualify for them. You will be required to appear before the Judge to be granted community service. Please be prepared to bring copies of your paycheck stubs and monthly bills to support your request.

Payment By Mail

Contact the Court Clerk by phone at (940) 479-7007 for the full fine amount. Sign the back of your citation and mail it, along with a money order to:

You may make your payment in person during our regular business hours.

Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Please do not leave cash payments in the drop box.

Appear in Court

Contact the Court Clerk by phone at (940) 479-7007 for your Appearance Date. Court Sessions are held at 5:30 p.m. on the third Monday of every month (except holidays and special events). A phone call is not considered an appearance.
