Contact the Court Clerk by phone at (940) 479-7007 for your Appearance Date. Court Sessions are held at 5:30 p.m. on the third Monday of every month (except holidays and special events). A phone call is not considered an appearance.

Through your Attorney

You have the right to hire an attorney to represent you at your own expense. Once an appearance has been made for you, The Court will conduct all business through the attorney.
